Today's walmart shopping trip was a bit of a disaster... the lady cashier was RUDE to me and didn't scan some of my coupons!!! So, I had to go to customer service to make sure I got all my savings.  The customer service people were REALLY nice and, overall, I just chose to be super nice back.  You get more bees with honey!
